Dhaka Board Extends Online Amendment Period for Eleventh Grade Students

The Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has extended the online process period for eleventh-grade students of the 2024–25 academic year studying in colleges under the board. Students can now complete necessary activities, including ITC, board transfer, subject or group change, until January 31, 2026.

The board explained that the extension aims to facilitate students. During the extended period, students can apply for subject changes, division or group changes, board transfer (BTC), shift & version changes, photo replacement, and admission cancellation.

The prescribed fees are 200 Taka per subject change, 800 Taka per division or group change, 700 Taka for online ITC or board transfer, and 600 Taka for admission cancellation. No fees are required for shift, version, photo changes, or cancellation of the fourth subject.

All processes can be completed online, without the need for direct contact with the board office. Detailed instructions are available on the Dhaka Education Board’s website.
