Ministry of Education instructs 33 teachers and staff to attend hearing on MPO issues

The Ministry of Education has instructed 33 teachers and employees from MPO-listed educational institutions across different regions of the country to attend a hearing related to MPO matters. The hearing will be held on 20 April at 10 AM.

According to a press release issued by the ministry, the hearing will take place at the meeting room of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, on the 6th floor of Building No. 3.

It is known that the hearing will review issues such as MPO inclusion of private educational institution staff, payment of arrears, suspension or reinstatement of MPO status. Necessary documents related to appointments and other relevant information will be verified before final decisions are made.

Participants have been instructed to attend on time. They have also been asked to bring necessary applications and supporting documents addressed to the Additional Secretary (Secondary-2), Secondary and Higher Education Division.

Sources said that through this process, long-pending MPO-related issues may be resolved and transparency ensured.
