According to the gazette signed by Md. Azizul Haque, Deputy Secretary of the Law and Justice Division, the retired judges will receive all retirement benefits as per government rules.
The judges sent into retirement include:

Sheikh Golam Mahbub – Judge, Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, Kushtia
Md. Mojibur Rahman – Judge, Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1, Gaibandha
Md. Ehsanul Haque – Judge, Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, Bhola

The notification states that these judges have been retired in accordance with government regulations upon reaching the 25-year mark in service, and will enjoy all entitled post-retirement benefits.
