Highlights of the 'July Remembrance Celebration' Announced

To mark the first anniversary of the July Mass Uprising, a nationwide series of events titled ‘July Remembrance Celebration’ will take place from 1 July to 5 August. Today, the organizing committee has officially released the highlights of the upcoming programs.

🔹 Key Highlights Include:

• Rallies and marches in memory of the mass uprising and martyrs

• Candlelight vigils for Shaheed Abu Sayeed and other fallen heroes

• Art exhibition and discussions under the theme “New Bangladesh”

• Youth gatherings, student-worker conventions, and cultural evenings

• Honoring families of the martyrs

• Screening of documentaries and mass oath-taking events

• Open forums and dialogues at district and sub-district levels

• National cultural caravans carrying the message of unity and democracy

• Central rally on 5 August, commemorating “July Mass Uprising Day”

A press conference on 1 July will announce the detailed schedule, venues, and participation guidelines for all events.
