Festive Atmosphere as Guccho Admission Process Begins at Mavibiprabhi

A large number of students participated on the first day of the preliminary admission process for the 2025–26 academic session under the Guccho (cluster) system at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (Mavibiprabhi). Students and guardians from different districts created a festive environment on campus.

From early morning on Monday (June 8), candidates and guardians began arriving at the university. From 10 AM, students completed preliminary admission procedures in an orderly manner under the scheduled process. Despite the crowd, the administration maintained discipline and smooth operations.

Students said that although there was some inconvenience due to long travel and crowding, overall arrangements and administrative cooperation were satisfactory.

A student from Sirajganj said he completed admission smoothly despite the crowd. A student from Tangail also said the management was well organized. Another student from Rangpur expressed happiness after completing the process.

Parents also praised the administration for its cooperation and organized system.

The university administration said the process is being completed in phases according to schedule with adequate manpower and management support.

The admission process will continue from June 8 to June 11, 2026, from 10 AM to 3 PM daily at the Dean’s Complex, with a fee of 5,000 taka per student.
