Severe Accident at 300 Feet; Masco Group MD Seriously Injured

A private car lost control and crashed into the divider on a 300-foot road in Rupganj, Narayanganj. As a result, four people, including Ahmed Arif Billah, Managing Director of Masco Group, and his son Towab Billah, were seriously injured. The accident occurred on Saturday (19 July) afternoon in the Salfina area of the upazila.

Regarding the incident, Tapas Kumar Kundu, Officer-in-Charge of Purba Chal Police Camp, said that Ahmed Arif Billah, his son Towab Billah, and officers Rumman Hossain and Rumman Ahmed were traveling to Dhaka in a luxurious Rolls-Royce private car around 4 pm. When they reached the Salfina Bridge area on the 300 Feet Road, the vehicle lost control, hit the road divider, and overturned. All occupants were seriously injured.

Later, with the help of the army, locals rescued the injured and admitted them to Evercare Hospital in the capital. The police recovered the damaged private car from the scene.
