Most citizens remain unsure whether the next government will implement the July National Accord. According to the ‘National Public Opinion Survey 2025’ conducted by First Alo in collaboration with Kimekers Consulting Limited, 57.3% of respondents believe it is difficult to predict if the next government will implement the accord.

Only 4.3% are certain it will not be implemented. 12.6% feel that if implemented, it will be only partial. 19.2% think the government might partially implement it, while just 6.6% believe full implementation is possible. Overall, 25.8% of citizens think there is some chance of the accord being implemented.

The July National Accord, formulated after the July popular uprising, includes 84 reform proposals, 48 of which are constitutional, covering prime minister term limits, presidential powers, parliamentary structural changes, and other significant reforms.

Survey data was collected from 1,342 adults across five urban and five rural/semi-urban areas in Dhaka and Chattogram, conducted from October 21–28, 2025. Researchers noted that while the survey provides a national picture, it does not represent any specific electoral area. The survey’s reliability is 99%.
