Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Mohammadpur’s Esteemed SI Borhan Uddin

PNN Correspondent : Magura’s Mohammadpur Police Sub-Inspector (SI) and renowned son of Abhaynagar Upazila, Borhan Uddin, lost his life in a tragic road accident. The fatal incident occurred around 11:30 AM on Saturday, June 15, near Sutashi Bridge in Boalmari Upazila, Faridpur.

According to eyewitnesses and police sources, SI Borhan Uddin was traveling by motorcycle towards Mohammadpur Police Station. Near Sutashi Bridge, he lost control and crashed into a mahogany tree beside the road, resulting in his instant death at the scene.

The Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Mohammadpur Police Station confirmed that Borhan Uddin was returning from duty when the accident happened. Colleagues remember him as a sociable and responsible officer. His untimely death has cast a shadow of grief over his fellow officers, local residents, and family members.

Meanwhile, the local administration and various quarters have expressed deep sorrow over the premature demise of this dedicated law enforcement officer.
