Members of the delegation include:
Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir (Secretary General)

Additionally, invited guests at the event will include BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Council member Ismail Zabiullah, Jubo Dal (Youth Wing) President Rakibul Islam Rakib, and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir.
The ‘July Declaration’ is a historic political document created in the backdrop of the mass uprising of July 2024. It contains 26 points, the first 21 outlining the Great Liberation War, past democratic struggles, and the context of the 2024 uprising. The remaining points detail the framework for the interim government, justice and election processes, and guidelines for the future political structure.
From the beginning, the National Citizens Party (NCP) had been vocal in demanding the declaration and carried out several programs to that effect.
Meanwhile, on this day, day-long cultural programs are ongoing since 11 AM at Manik Mia Avenue to celebrate ‘36th July’. Various artist groups, bands, and cultural organizations from across the country are participating. The Ministry of Culture manages the event overall, with assistance from the National Parliament Secretariat.
