Barcelona claimed the Spanish Super Cup in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, by defeating archrival Real Madrid 3–2. The match at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium was intensely competitive, with most goals coming during injury time in the first half.
Raphinha scored the opener for Barcelona, followed by an equalizer from Real Madrid. Lewandowski’s chip restored the lead, but Real scored again through Gonzalo Garcia. In the second half, Raphinha’s shot deflected by Raul Asensio secured the win. Barcelona goalkeeper Joan Garcia made crucial saves to ensure victory.
