At least 16 injured in triple collision involving college bus, tanker, and passenger bus in Khulna

At least 15–16 people, including students, were injured in a triple collision involving a college bus, a tanker truck, and a passenger bus on the Khulna–Jashore highway.

The accident occurred on Wednesday morning in Jugnipasha area of Ful­tala upazila.

Witnesses said a bus carrying students of Government BL College collided with a tanker truck and a passenger bus.

The injured were rescued by locals and taken to hospitals. One critically injured person was admitted to Khulna Medical College Hospital.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident and have seized the vehicles.
