ACI launches new tech-driven property service platform ‘Sereno Levande’

A new digital platform named “Sereno Levande” has been launched to expand technology-based services in Bangladesh’s real estate and property management sector.

The platform was officially inaugurated at an event held at ACI Center in Dhaka.

The company aims to simplify housing rent, property management, and related services through an integrated digital system.

The platform includes five core services: digital marketplace, serviced apartments, property management, premium resale, and corporate housing.

It features AI-based owner-tenant matching, multilingual voice search, and professional property management services.

Special services have also been introduced for Bangladeshis living abroad to manage properties remotely.

ACI officials said the platform aims to set a new standard in the property services sector.
