Violence and humanitarian crisis continue in Gaza despite a ceasefire agreement implemented months ago.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, at least 1,005 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire began last October.

Key provisions of the ceasefire, including Israeli withdrawal and Hamas disarmament, remain unimplemented.

UN sources say Israeli military presence has expanded in several areas.

Humanitarian organizations report severe shortages of food, medicine, and essential services.

Most hospitals in Gaza are partially or fully non-functional due to damage.

Since the start of the conflict, total deaths have exceeded 73,000, with around 1.9 million people displaced.

Experts say a lasting solution requires not only a ceasefire but also political settlement and reconstruction.
