Yash-Neeha’s ‘Niyoti’: Neeha Injured After Falling During Filming

Although Yash Rohan and Naznin Neeha are not regularly seen together in dramas as a pair, audiences remain interested in their projects. After ‘Abujh Pakhi,’ ‘Wish Card’ and ‘Moner Moto Mon,’ the duo has now appeared in a new drama titled ‘Niyoti.’

The drama, directed by Muhammad Miftah Anan, was released last Tuesday. According to the director, it was initially the second joint project of Yash and Neeha. For various reasons, however, it took some time for the drama to be released and promoted.

‘Niyoti’ has been made around the love story of two college-going young people. Most of the drama was filmed at a college in Joydebpur. Alongside the story itself, an incident that occurred during filming has also attracted attention.

Director Miftah Anan said that in one scene, the hero was supposed to pick up the heroine in his arms and surprise her before falling down. The team wanted to capture the scene realistically rather than making it look artificial. However, they were unable to execute the scene properly even after several attempts.

The team then decided to film the scene in a more natural manner. During the process, Neeha fell from Yash’s arms twice. She suffered some pain as a result. However, the director said he was impressed by the sincerity and enthusiasm of both actors in trying to make the scene look realistic.

Alongside Yash Rohan and Naznin Neeha, Shahiduzzaman Selim and Zainal Jack also acted in ‘Niyoti.’ The drama was produced by CMV.

The drama revolves around college romance, relationship struggles and the emotions of young people. Following its release, it remains to be seen how strongly the production resonates with audiences.
