Rural Savings Bank Holds Business Conference and Field-Level Award Distribution in Rangpur

A significant business conference was held in Rangpur to evaluate the performance of Rural Savings Bank branches for the 2024–25 fiscal year, adopt the business plan for the 2025–26 fiscal year, and distribute incentive awards to field-level officers and employees.

The day-long event took place on Saturday (20 September) at Ryan’s Hotel and Restaurant. The chief guest was the bank’s director and Managing Director of Bangladesh Student Welfare Trust, Nure Alam Talukdar. The special guest was General Manager Ala Uddin. Board Secretary Muhammad Ali was also present at the event.

The conference was attended by all branch managers of the Rangpur division, officers in charge of district offices, and award-winning officers and employees based on their performance in the 2023–24 fiscal year.

During the conference, Director Nure Alam Talukdar reviewed the overall situation of the Rangpur division, listened to participants’ feedback, and provided guidance. General Manager Ala Uddin also offered valuable advice and directions.

At the conclusion of the event, Director Nure Alam Talukdar presented awards to the top-performing officers of the division, which the organizers said would boost motivation and enthusiasm among the staff.
