Despite allegations of question leaks, misconduct, and negligence by authorities regarding the recruitment exam for government primary school assistant teachers, no reliable evidence supporting these claims has been found, according to the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE). The authority also stated that necessary preparations are underway for the prompt publication of results.

A.K. Mohammad Samsul Ahsan, Director of the Policy and Operations Division at DPE, said on Monday (January 12) that no specific date has been finalized for result publication. He mentioned that information circulating on social media about the timing of results is baseless and a rumor. However, the department is working to release the results as quickly as possible.

He further explained that the exam was originally scheduled for January 3 but was postponed to January 9 due to unavoidable circumstances, which naturally caused some delay. The Director General has issued clear instructions to avoid unnecessary delays in publishing results, and preparations are being intensified accordingly.

Ahsan also mentioned that a coordinated group has been forging his name and signature to create fake notices circulated on social media, even misspelling his name. This activity seems intended to confuse examinees.

Regarding the allegations of question leaks, the officer stated that more than 72 hours have passed since the exam, yet no one has presented any concrete or credible proof of leaks.

It is noteworthy that the written examination was postponed due to the state mourning declared on the death of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia on January 2. The exam was subsequently held on January 9. Allegations of leaks and irregularities circulated on social media after the postponement.
