NCP Delegation to Meet Chief Adviser Today

A delegation from the National Citizens’ Party (NCP) is scheduled to meet interim government Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus on Monday (19 January) at 5 p.m. at his residence in Jamuna, Dhaka.

According to party sources, the delegation, led by NCP convener Nahid Islam, will include the party’s Election Steering Committee Chairman Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiya, Secretary Monira Sharmin, and Legal Assistance Subcommittee Head Advocate Zahirul Islam Musa.

During the meeting, the party will raise concerns and complaints regarding the recent election situation and the role of the Election Commission, especially focusing on impartiality and conduct.

After the meeting, delegation members are expected to speak to the media outside the Chief Adviser’s residence.
