Jennifer Garner Returns in Second Season of New Thriller Series Amid Personal Struggles

Garner stated, “I keep myself away from tabloid gossip. It does neither me nor my children any good, so I avoid it.”

She and Ben have three children: Violet (2005), Serafina (2009), and Samuel (2012). They married in June 2005 and divorced the day after their 10th wedding anniversary in 2015. Despite over 20 years passing, media attention continues whenever they meet. Last year, they reunited for their son Samuel’s birthday, shortly after Ben’s divorce proceedings with Jennifer Lopez concluded.

Ben similarly avoids tabloid involvement, telling GQ Magazine, “We had a habit—if we saw something in the supermarket, we would say, ‘Not everything is true. Otherwise, you would have 15 siblings.’”

Garner reflected that the hardest part was the family breaking apart, losing a true partnership and friendship. Her new thriller series The Last Thing He Told Me’s second season will release on Apple TV+ on 20 February.
