Khulna, Bangladesh – The battle for the Club World Cup title has reached its final stage. The tournament, which began with 32 teams, has navigated various dramatic phases and is now down to just four contenders. This means the prestigious World Cup trophy will be lifted by one of these teams: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Real Madrid, Chelsea, or Fluminense.
In the first semifinal match, Brazil's Fluminense and England's Chelsea will face each other this coming Tuesday night.
A total of four Brazilian clubs, including Fluminense, had the opportunity to participate in this Club World Cup. All four teams showed impressive performance in the group stage, advancing to the Round of 16. From there, Fluminense and Palmeiras secured their spots in the quarterfinals. However, Palmeiras' journey ended there. Currently, Fluminense remains the sole representative from Brazil in the tournament and is dreaming of winning the title.
