Brazil will face two African teams during this window: Senegal on 15 November at Emirates Stadium in London, and Tunisia on 18 November in Lille, France. Both teams have secured their places in the final stage of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. These matches have been scheduled as part of World Cup preparation.
Ancelotti, who took charge of the national team in May after leaving Real Madrid, has announced his fourth squad. Neymar’s absence reduces his chances of participating in the World Cup. Brazil’s next international fixtures are planned for March, against two European teams.
Due to injuries, Barcelona’s Raphinha and Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker are not included. Other players from the previous window—Carlos Augusto, Douglas Santos, Beraldo, Vanderson, Joalinton, João Gomes, Martinelli, and Igor Jesus—are also omitted.
Making his first call-up is 20-year-old forward Vitor Roci, who is in exceptional form in the domestic league.
Brazilian coach Ancelotti hopes that integrating new players with experienced ones will strengthen the team in preparation for the upcoming World Cup.
