Taylor Swift’s New Docuseries ‘The End of an Era’ Coming to Disney Plus

Singer Taylor Swift seems never to pause for a moment. Her busy schedule, new projects, and surprises for fans appear relentless. On Monday (October 14), it was announced on “Good Morning America” that Taylor Swift’s new six-episode docuseries, The End of an Era, will be coming to Disney Plus. The series will showcase behind-the-scenes stories from her highly acclaimed The Eras Tour.

During this tour, Swift performed in full stadiums across various countries from March 2023 to December 2024. The first two episodes of the docuseries will premiere on December 12, the day before Taylor’s 36th birthday. The remaining four episodes will release over the following two weeks in stages.

On the same day, another special event will premiere: a concert film titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Final Show. It was filmed during her last concert of the tour on December 8, 2024, at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada. The film will feature the full concert along with the complete setlist from her tour-era album The Tortured Poets Department.

Previously, in 2023, a concert film titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour was released in theaters. Its extended version, Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version), is currently streaming on Disney Plus.

The Eras Tour has already set records as one of the most successful music tours in history, grossing over two billion dollars from ticket sales.

Once again, Taylor is bringing a fresh experience for her fans, making this birthday celebration even more colorful.
