Life Isn't Over with Failure: Chhatrashibir's Unique Initiative in Sreebardi

With the humanitarian perspective that 'life isn't over with failure—both successful and unsuccessful individuals can receive respect,' Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir has undertaken a unique initiative in Sreebardi, Sherpur. The organization has set an example by standing alongside over a hundred unsuccessful (failed) students in the recently published SSC and equivalent examinations, in addition to those who achieved good results.

Chhatrashibir welcomed the failed students with sweets and floral greetings, just like their successful peers. This brought back courage and a ray of hope to the students' faces. The week-long program is being led by Afzal Bin Akram, former member of Chhatrashibir Central Office Department and former Secretary of Narayanganj District Secretariat, along with Sreebardi North President Mujahidul Islam Zahid, Sreebardi South President Nasim Hasan Tapan, and over a hundred local activists.

Shibir leaders stated that while GPA-5 recipients were immediately felicitated upon results publication, they equally welcomed the students who failed.

The leaders emphasized that often, poor results cause students to become mentally broken, and some even go astray due to despair. "At this critical time, we've tried to stand by them so they can bounce back," they said.

The organization also announced that most students this year failed in Mathematics, Chemistry, and English. For these subjects, they plan to launch special 'nursing classes.' Additionally, students have been provided with guidebooks, educational materials, and copies of various publications for mental and moral development.

According to Shibir leaders, their key objective is to foster students' academic success alongside developing their character, ethics, patriotism, and religious values.
