American chipmaker Intel announced multiple top-level changes on Monday, including the resignation of Products Chief Michelle Johnston Holthaus. Holthaus has worked at Intel for over 30 years, holding various senior positions, including interim co-CEO responsibilities. She will serve as a strategic advisor over the coming months.

CEO Pat Gelsinger is leading efforts to revitalize the company. Intel also announced that Kevork Kecichian has joined as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Group. Kecichian brings experience from ARM, NXP Semiconductors, and Qualcomm.

Other changes include the formation of a new Central Engineering Group, led by Srinivasan Iyengar. Intel Foundry’s Chief Technology and Operations Officer Naga Chandrashekhar will oversee Foundry Services, while Jim Johnson will take charge as General Manager of the Client Computing Group.

These leadership changes come at a time when Intel’s future faces uncertainty. Recently, U.S. President Donald Trump announced plans to acquire a 10% stake in the company and has also called for CEO Gelsinger’s resignation over potential conflicts of interest.
