The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched this service in collaboration with Saudi telecom companies STC, Mobily, and Zain.Dr. Ghassan Al Nuaimi, spokesperson for Hajj and Umrah affairs, said this initiative will make the pilgrimage journey easier, more affordable, and digitally seamless. Pilgrims can obtain entry permits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, book tickets for the Haramain high-speed train, get directions via the Nusuk map, and access AI-based help from ‘Nusuk AI’ — all without internet access.

Ahmed Al Maiman, CEO of the Nusuk app, stated that this facility will make travel safer and more efficient, help control crowds, and reduce cases of lost pilgrims.

Saudi authorities aim to build a barrier-free, modern digital infrastructure worldwide to ensure every pilgrim can smoothly access all necessary services.
