Distribution of January Salary Checks for Technical Education Teachers Begins

Salary checks for January 2026 have been handed over to teachers of government and private technical education institutions. This information was announced in a notice signed by Mohammad Saiful Haque Khan, Assistant Director of the Directorate of Technical Education, on Monday (February 16).

The notice stated that until February 19, 2026, the government portion of salaries and allowances for teachers and staff of private technical education institutions under HSC (Business), SSC (Vocational), Madrasa (Vocational and BM), and Diploma in Agriculture programs has been transferred to the head offices or local branches of 12 banks—Agrani, Janata, Rupali, and Sonali Bank PLC.

Teachers and staff members can withdraw their January 2026 salary from the respective bank branches using their own bank accounts by February 19, 2026.

The Directorate of Technical Education stated that coordination with all banks and concerned institutions is ongoing to ensure timely salary disbursement.
