Bangladesh will play their first match of the Asia Cup today in Abu Dhabi, facing Hong Kong under the leadership of Liton Das. The opening batting pair will feature Tanzid Hasan and Parvez Hossain, who together have hit 45 sixes this year.

In the middle order, the team will include Liton Das (captain), Towhid Hridoy, Zaker Ali, and Shamim Hossain. All-rounder Mehedi Hasan will bat at number seven.

The bowling lineup will consist of two spinners—Mehedi Hasan and Rishad Hossain—alongside three pacers: Mustafizur Rahman, Tanzim Hasan, and Taskin Ahmed.
