International Desk | PNN:
Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani has accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of “state terrorism” and called for him to be brought to justice. He made the remarks following recent deadly Israeli airstrikes in Doha.

The Qatari Prime Minister emphasized that Doha will continue to play its role as a “trusted and neutral mediator” in the Middle East and globally. He added that threatening statements by Netanyahu will not force Qatar to abandon this stance.

Meanwhile, along the Gaza coast, the Israeli forces have reportedly detained seven Palestinian fishermen, according to Al Jazeera Arabic. They are currently being held at an undisclosed location. During the conflict, the Israeli navy has repeatedly fired on Gaza’s fishermen, killing several. Despite Israel declaring parts of the waters as “off-limits,” locals continue to risk venturing out to fish in search of food.
