Israeli Defense Minister Issues Stern Warning: Vows to Destroy Iran's Nuclear Capability

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has issued a severe warning to Iran, declaring that Israel will destroy Iran’s nuclear capabilities and weapons infrastructure. His remarks, reported by local Israeli media on Sunday, were also highlighted by Al Jazeera.

Addressing Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Katz stated:

“The tyrant of Iran has turned Tehran into another Beirut to preserve his regime, holding its ordinary citizens hostage.”

The comments come amid continued Israeli airstrikes on various Iranian positions for the third consecutive day, particularly escalating tensions near the northern borders. In retaliation, Iran has reportedly launched drone and missile attacks, according to recent updates.

Security analysts warn that this exchange of fire is no longer limited to bilateral hostilities, but could escalate into a wider regional conflict, threatening the stability of the entire Middle East.
