New Year Plans Between Work and Travel for Bidya Sinha Mim

Bidya Sinha Mim, known in the showbiz arena as a travel enthusiast, has no intention of abandoning her passion for travel despite a busy work schedule in the new year. However, she wishes to finish shooting two pending films before embarking on a major trip.

Recently, she shared photos of her trip to the Maldives on social media, which sparked discussion. She stated that her love for travel is not new. Since becoming a Lux superstar, she has traveled to various international destinations. She has nearly completed her tours of Middle Eastern countries, with Europe and parts of Asia remaining. Future plans include visiting Latin America.

Mim considers travel important to mentally prepare herself for new roles. At the start of each year, she creates a separate list of places she will visit. This year, her focus is on several European countries. Additionally, she has a long-standing dream of visiting China, planned for the upcoming Eid. She wants to enjoy these trips with her husband, Soni Poddar.

Her work has already given her unique experiences. For example, during the shooting of the movie Yeti Expedition, she spent six consecutive days on snowy peaks, facing sub-zero temperatures. She describes this experience as one of the most thrilling of her life. Spending extended time in one place and participating in various activities in the snow will remain special to her.

On a personal level, she is happy. Her married life has completed four years, and she feels more responsible and organized. She manages both household and professional responsibilities comfortably. Regarding cooking, she laughs and says she cooks if she has time or during festivals, but she doesn’t believe household management requires constant cooking.

Mim is optimistic about the new year. She plans her work systematically from the start. Like every year, her goal is to deliver good performances to the audience. 2026 is an important year for her, as several major production house films and web projects are in her hands, raising expectations.
