TV Actress Sayantani Mallik Suffers Sudden Brain Stroke, Hospitalized

After finishing the shoot of the popular TV serial “Anurager Chhoa”, small-screen actress Sayantani Mallik was resting at home when she suddenly experienced physical discomfort, including facial drooping and other symptoms. Medical tests later confirmed that the actress had suffered a brain stroke.

According to Indian media outlet Anandabazar, the incident occurred on Wednesday, September 3. Sayantani’s husband, Indranil Mallik, stated that she had no prior history of health issues, leaving the entire family shocked by the sudden occurrence.

Indranil added that the actress has now been discharged from the hospital and must remain on complete rest for at least 15 days. Fortunately, as she was on leave, the incident occurred without the pressure of shooting schedules, helping her avoid a more serious complication.

Sayantani also shared a photo on Instagram from the hospital, showing her hugging her husband, with the caption: “I couldn’t have survived without you. Thank God.”

Currently, Sayantani Mallik is resting at home under her doctor’s advice and will need to maintain physical calm for several days.
