United States: Rapper Lil Nas X was spotted walking on the streets of Los Angeles wearing only underwear and cowboy boots. The unusual sight occurred early Thursday morning, prompting police to arrest him and hospitalize him due to a possible overdose.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) stated that around 5:30 a.m., officers noticed a person walking unusually on Ventura Boulevard. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the individual was award-winning rapper Lil Nas X. The LAPD said he approached the police aggressively, leading to his arrest.

U.S. media outlet TMZ released a video showing Lil Nas X dancing on the street in only underwear and cowboy boots, addressing passersby with the words, “Come to the party.” The authenticity of the video has not yet been verified.

Attempts to contact the artist’s representatives are ongoing. Later this year, his second album, Dreamboy, is expected to be released. He has already teased fans on Instagram with glimpses of new songs.

Lil Nas X, born Montero Lamar Hill, won two Grammy Awards in 2019 with his song Old Town Road, which stayed at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 17 weeks.
