Before Bangladesh’s AFC Asian Cup qualifying match against India, the national football team will play a friendly against Nepal. Midfielder Hamza Chowdhury was supposed to arrive in Dhaka from England ahead of these matches, but due to flight delays, he will arrive five hours late, at 5 PM.

According to BFF sources, Hamza had a ticket from the federation but missed his flight due to airport congestion. He booked a new flight to reach Dhaka.

No national team training session is scheduled for Monday. After arrival, Hamza will rest. Expatriate player Samit Som is expected to arrive from Canada on Tuesday night (November 11). Before the November 13 match against Nepal, he will have one day of practice.

On November 18, Bangladesh will face India at National Stadium in the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers. Bangladesh drew 0–0 away against India in the first match in Shillong. These two matches are seen as important preparation opportunities for the national team.
