Agricultural Cluster Admission 2025–26: Nine Universities to Participate as Before

A vice-chancellor of one of the participating universities confirmed, “The first meeting of the admission committee will be held on November 14. The exam dates will be finalized that day. As in previous years, all nine universities will remain in the cluster system.”

Initially, the Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) had considered holding its own separate exam but later decided to stay within the cluster framework.

BAU Registrar and Central Admission Committee Member Secretary Dr. Md. Helal Uddin said, “The exam will be held in the same format as last year. The vice-chancellor earlier said if the cluster continues for five consecutive years, we’ll remain part of it—otherwise, we’ll go independent.”

The nine universities under the agricultural cluster for the 2025–26 session are:

1. Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU)

2. Gazipur Agricultural University (GAgriU)

3. Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University

4. Patuakhali Science and Technology University

5. Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University

6. Sylhet Agricultural University

7. Khulna Agricultural University

8. Habiganj Agricultural University

9. Kurigram Agricultural University

The upcoming meeting will finalize the admission schedule and preparation guidelines, which will be vital for prospective students.
